Below are a few good things to know when buying a t-shirt on eBay.
- What size is it?
- Is is new or used? Most of the ones we have seen have been new but you
shouldn't assume this.
- What is the t-shirt made of? While most t-shirts are made of cotton or a
cotton blend it's
always a good idea to read the description to know for sure.
- Is the t-shirt preshrunk? You may or may not care but this could affect
the size so you may want to know.
- Where is the design on the t-shirt? Sometimes an eBay seller will show
you a nice close-up photo of the design on the shirt without showing you the
whole shirt. Sellers do this so you can see the design on the t-shirt
clearly. However, don't assume designs are always on the front of the shirt
- sometimes they're not. Be sure to read the description to know where the
design is (front, back, crest, etc.).
- What color is the t-shirt? Sometimes an eBay seller will show you a
nice close-up photo of the design on the shirt without showing you the whole
shirt. Sellers do this so you can see the design on the t-shirt clearly.
When they do this, though, sometimes you can't see what color the t-shirt
is. Make sure you read the description to find out.
- How much will the shipping be? Most eBay sellers charge a reasonable
shipping fee but a few sellers may try to sell you an inexpensive shirt but
then charge a lot for the shipping. Make sure you know what the shipping
charges will be.
