What if I forgot my password?
No problem! Just click on any link that will ask you to login (like "Login" or "Sell"). Just underneath the Username and Password

What are Favorites and Filters?
Favorites are a list of ads that you want to keep track of. When looking at the details of any ad, you will see a link that says
"Add to Favorites." Just click on this link to put the ad on your Favorites list. When you want to see any ads on your Favorites list, you just click on the Favorites link at the top of your screen (you have to be logged in to see this link). The list will allow you to return to any ad quickly and easily. You must be registered and logged in to use the Favorites.
Filters are a way for you to keep track of new ads as they are placed. You must be registered, then you login. After logging in,
click on the "My Account" link at the top of your screen, then click on the "my ad filters" link. Then you choose a category and whatever words you want to be on the lookout for. When new ads are placed that meet your criteria, you will
automatically be notified by email. Back to the top
Getting the most from "Seller's other ads"
Inside of every ad is a link that says "Seller's other ads." When a user clicks on this link they will be taken to a page that shows only that particular seller's ads.
You can easily customize your "Seller's other ads" page to include information such as your name, farm or ranch name, address, and more. Simply login to your account, and, if necessary, click on the "My Account" link at the top of your screen. Next, click on
"my current information" and finally the "edit my info" button. On this screen you can edit your information, and also put check marks beside the information you want to be automatically included on your "Seller's other ads" page. Back to the top
Can I have a photo in my ad?
Yes! You can have up to 5 photos in your ad. Text ads and ads with 1 photo are free. Additional photos (up to 5 photos total)
are $2 each. Note: You must upload all the photos you would like to have in your ad when you first place your ad - you cannot edit your ad later to add additional photos. You can edit the ad later to delete or replace photos, but you will not be able to add additional ones. Back to the top
What kind of photos (file formats) can I
use?
All photos must be in .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png file format. Back to the top
My photo(s) won't upload!!!
Unfortunately, this is common. Slow computers, large photos, and slow connections to the internet can all mean you may run
into difficulty uploading your photos. While this ad system allows you to upload photos up to 4MB in size (for each photo) then
resizes the photo(s) when they get here, it's important to understand that you must first be able to get the photos to us.
If you're having trouble, you may need to try using smaller photos, try to get a better connection, or both. If you need help in making your photos smaller so they upload easier, you can read a how-to article here (this link will open in a new window). Back to the top
How do I make signs and flyers?
After you place an ad you can make a printable sign or flyer. Simply login to your account, and, if necessary, click on the "My Account" link at the top of your screen. Scroll down just a little and click on a link on the right hand side that says "signs and flyers."
The next screen will show you your active ads and allow you to print a sign or flyer off of your own printer. The signs and flyers content is based off the information you have already entered for the ad, but you may edit the information for the sign or flyer. Note: If
you are using more than one photo in your ad, all signs and flyers will use the first photo in the the ad. Back to the top
What the heck is an "affiliate URL link?"
Everyone who registers gets their own, unique, affiliate url link. This is a hyperlink to a page on this site that shows ONLY that registered user's ads. You can put this link anywhere (on your own website, in forums, etc.) to advertise the horses or other items you have for sale. To get the most out of this link you can edit the top of the page to customize it so it will have your name,
logo, or whatever you like. (You can find more information on customizing your affiliate page
here).
To find your affiliate URL link login in to your account, and, if necessary, click on "My Account" at the top of your screen. Next,
click on "my current information." The next screen will show you information such as your username, email address, etc., and also
your affiliate URL link. Copy and paste the link into as many places as you can to advertise your horses or other items. Back to the top

If you place an ad you can come back within 30 days and "upgrade" it to include any of the paid options except for adding more photos. Back to the top

Paying with credits - the easiest way to pay
If you like, you can put a credit into your account then simply make payment by using your positive account balance. You can put credit into your account by pre-paying using a credit card, electronic check, PayPal, check, or money order.
This is a very popular method for all types of payment, but especially for people paying by check or money order. You can send a check or money order to us ahead of time, and when it arrives we'll apply the credit to your account balance. This way your credit will be ready and waiting for you so that when you place an ad you can use the credit and the ad will go "live" immediately. (When you pay by check or money order you will be given the address to send payment to.)

What is a Featured ad?
"Featuring" is an option you can choose when placing your ad. Featured ads are the highest ranking ads on the site and receive far greater exposure than any other ads. They appear above all other ads, and also show in extra places throughout the ad system (including the home page). Featured ads being shown in some extra places will be rotated with other Featured ads. It means your ad will remain at the top of its category, allowing it to be seen more easily and more often than other ads.
