I have a trailer that is 28' Long plus gooseneck part. it has 14' of living quarters plus the bed in the gooseneck part. It has room fopr 4 horses in the back , but I have built shelves for my small bussiness but the can be taken out easy enough. I also have laid 1/2' plywood in the floor in the back and carpet.
The biggest problem with this trailer is the hitch and neck has not got alot of clearance this is why I have a flat bed, a regular pickup may nothave enough clearance.
The living quarters have a full size shower, a small frig, table and bench seat that makes a bed and the gooseneck part is a queen bed or bigger. It does have toilet but in that room it had leaked but now fixed but I have not done a new floor in it. It has a water tank and good electic inside. It has a Coleman heat/air and it works fine. Since diesel has went up so much we have not pulled it much.
Also would like to sell the truck along with it, It is a 92 Ford F 350 with a BandW flat bed the truck is in real fine condition for its age has been well taken care of, it does have a lot of miles but alot of the stuff is almost new in the motor compartment, newer injector pump and air conditioner compressor. I would take 10,000 for both units.
