Type of Trailer Horse Trailer - 2 Horse
Pull Type Bumper
Condition Used
Description
This is a good used 2 horse bumper pull trailer. Wiring has been reworked and is good. All marker and tail lights work. Uses a six-pin electrical plug. Equipped with electric brakes. Nose wheel is only a year old. Floor is strong. Tack compartment is under manger and has one slide out for two saddles. Extra bridle hooks installed in compartment. Light in tack area. This trailer pulls great. I pulled it with a Ford Explorer 6 cyl. and a 1/2 ton PU. Trailer is six feet tall, good for Quarter horses and Mustangs but probably too small for larger horses. Has four brand new real trailer tires (not cheap ones). I put on Hercules tires, a recognized brand from a reputable dealer. They are rated for a much heavier trailer, and will last a great long while. I have only put about 100 miles on these tires. Bearings were serviced and inspected when tires were put on. It is an older trailer and had work done on it at some point before I got it. It has been reenforced in the nose. There are old mats on the floor. They were fine for my purpose, but you may want to replace them. I have not painted over anything to try to hide any rust or flaws. I put an "Under 2M" tag on the trailer, because it is light enough that it does not need to be registered and tagged. There is no title for this trailer but I will provide a bill of sale. Trailer is as it really is.
