Looking for farm home or mobile home with room for 2-3 horses...prefer 6 acres....either lease to own or possibly buy...we may even rent if the right place is found. Not looking to pay over 425/month...and prefer under 70,000 if buying outright. Willing to look at fixer-uppers... Must be around the sumner/cowley county area.
