Ranger is a Registered Kentucky Mountain Saddle Horse, this is a gaited breed. He is a gelding 9 yrs old, 14.3 HH and Chocolate Brown. Ranger was bought from a gentlemen in Kentucky. He was used to go squirrel hunting and hauled all over the country trail riding. He has a gentle personality, easy to catch and loves attention. His gait is wonderful, very smooth, also walks and lopes out nicely. I have used him to gather cattle. He does a wonderful job. I had to push a calf towards the gate. He had no problem and took on the task with ease. I have ponied horses off of him. Crosses ditches, creeks, highways and rides thru trees with no problem. He takes on any task you ask of him. Neck reins, backs, loads, stands tied, clips and stands for the farrier. UTD on shots and worming. We don't want to sell him, but have too many horses. He needs a home and a job.
