I have for sale my Flea Bitten (Speckled) Grey Molly Mule. She is 21yrs old. You would be hard pressed to find a mule with nicer withers on them. I want to see her go to an experienced mule owner/ handler home. An intermediate rider and up can ride her. She was previously rode by a young girl in parades, double, and overnight trail rides in KS and MO. She has a brand on her left shoulder but we can't find the ranch it came from. Since I have owned her I have taken her out on trails and to a few saddle club fun shows. She does great when riding in a group and following along behind other equines. For this she would do great with an intermediate rider and up . But will also ride away from the group or even lead if an experienced rider made her do so. She does not like to stand still when alone and gets a little prancy. I just turn her in circles. She also does Not like her ears being touched. For these reasons I am wanting an experienced mule owner for her. During one of my trail rides she was leading, a friends green horse got away from her and voomed past us. My Molly Mule stayed calm and we quietly trotted down the trail after the horse. We caught her and ponied her back over to her owner. My girls where going to use this Molly to learn on but we have found a better suited mount for them. I love this mule and have a blast on her but we have too many equines and need to cut down on the ones the family uses least. She loads in a stalk or slant load trailer, will also load and ride in a two horse straight load with a ramp once convinced it's safe. She had her teeth floated in April 2016 and everything looked great. She LOVES her cookies and will be the first one to come running for grain or cookies even without the rest of the herd. I know mules get hot and crazy when given grain on a daily basis, i only grain them to bring them in from pasture. She is a sweet kind sound girl that about any size rider can ride. She is neck rein broke, moves to feet pressure, and is used to being pastured next to cattle. She will come with her bit and headstall.
