My Photos Won't Upload!
If a photo won't upload, the usual culprits are:
- Large photos. Most digital cameras and scanners create large, high quality photos that print beautifully but transfer across the internet poorly.
- Contrary to popular opinion, a fast interent connection does not always mean that large photos will transfer successfully. When it comes to transferring data across the internet, the smaller the better.
- Slow internet connections.
Make Your Photos Smaller Online, For Free
While we can't help you with a slow internet connection, we can refer you to a cool website that will make your photos smaller for free: www.ReducePhoto.com. It's easy to use and gives you a smaller photo in seconds.
But I Don't Think My Photos Need To Be Smaller!
You might be right - your photos might not "need" to be smaller. But smaller files mean less data to transfer across the internet, and less data usually means less of a chance for error. While your photos may not technically need to be smaller, there's a good chance that making them smaller will work anyway.
