Notice that as the steer leaves the box that he isn't carrying a rope to release the barrier. That's because at Cheyenne the judge pulls the barrier by hand.

Suddenly, two match racers were competing on the racetrack. They started a few feet on the other side of their respective poles......

......sprinted to the poles, turned them, then tore down the track in front of the grandstands to the finish line.

Steers have no respect. Not for the miles you travel, the entry fees you pay, or all the money, prizes, and titles you've won in the past.

This began a streak of bad luck for the steer wrestlers.

This guy hung in there for a long time. A really long time. He never gave up, but ultimately the steer won that day.
